Digital Goods Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing the EDGE Trading Journal.

As a digital product (Notion template and associated resources) delivered instantly upon purchase, our policy balances customer satisfaction with the nature of immediate, non-returnable digital access.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with the EDGE Trading Journal for any reason. Refunds are handled by Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) on a case-by-case basis, in line with this policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.

After 14 Days

Outside the 14-day window (and subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have, such as under EU/UK consumer laws), all sales are considered final and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after this period, except in cases of proven technical delivery failure that we cannot resolve.

Immediate Access and Waiver

Upon purchase, you receive immediate and full access to all proprietary materials, templates, guides, and resources by duplicating them into your Notion workspace. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that:

Exceptional Circumstances and Technical Support

If you encounter any technical issues preventing access, downloading, setup, or proper functioning of the template (e.g., compatibility problems or delivery errors), contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work diligently to resolve these issues. In rare cases where resolution is impossible, we may issue a refund even outside the standard window, at our discretion.
